EXPERIENCE

Benjamin Klein joined Bain Capital in 2026. He is an Executive Vice President on the Special Situations team and a member of the North America Portfolio Group.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Ben spent more than 5 years at Honeywell in strategy, M&A, and running multiple global business units. Most recently, he was Vice President & General Manager of Sensing Solutions Americas. Prior to Honeywell, Ben spent most of his career in strategy consulting at Accenture and SSA & Company. 

EDUCATION

Ben holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS in business administration from Concordia University, Nebraska.
